Police hunt Metro graffiti vandals after Chillingham Road station covered in spray paint

An investigation has been launched after a Newcastle Metro station was left covered in graffiti.

Police searching for the vandals who spray painted the walls of Chillingham Road Metro Station in Heaton last month and have now released an image of two people in the area at the time.

Officers received a report that two people had graffitied the station at around 4pm on Saturday, May 13, before making off from the scene.

Northumbria Police believe the two people in the image may be able to help them with their investigation.

Anyone who knows who the two people are should use the ‘Tell Us Something’ page of the Northumbria Police website or call 101 quoting crime reference number 060083C/23.
