Police are hunting a man after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted on a Northern Line Tube between Stockwell and South Wimbledon.
A man made sexual remarks to the victim on-board the service between the two stations at 11.15pm on February 19 before sitting next to her and sexually assaulting her.
Other passengers intervened and the man left the Tube at South Wimbledon, officers with the British Transport Police said.
Launching an appeal, police released CCTV images of a man they said may have information which could help their investigation.
Anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV, or has any other information, is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 20 of February 19.
