Officers are hunting a Tameside teenager who is wanted for stalking. Greater Manchester Police says Bailey Gover, from Ashton-under-Lyne, is also wanted in connection with a malicious communication offence.
The 19-year-old also has links to Stalybridge, GMP says. The force has released an image of Gover alongside an appeal today (January 11).
Anyone who sees Gover or has any information on his whereabouts is urged to contact GMP as soon as possible. In a post on Facebook this afternoon, a spokesperson for GMP Tameside North and East wrote: "Help trace a wanted man from Tameside.
"Bailey Gover of Adam Street in Ashton-Under-Lyne in Tameside is wanted for malicious communication and stalking. He is known to have links to the Stalybridge area.
"Anyone with information about Gover's whereabouts should contact 0161 856 5815. Alternatively, you can call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
