Police hunt driver who drove erratically on dual carriageway then stopped and assaulted the person in car behind

South Wales Police are asking for anyone to come forward with information about an incident on the Harbour Way dual carriageway. On the morning of Friday, May, 27, when a driver allegedly drove erratically down the dual carriageway and assaulted another motorist.

The incident took place between 8.20am and 8.35am when the driver of a silver car was alleged to be driving in a strange manner. The driver is then said to have stopped on the dual carriageway in front of a blue car.

It is then alleged that the driver assaulted the person in the blue car and damaged it before speeding away from the scene. South Wales Police are appealing for any information or dashcam footage of the incident. You can read more stories about Port Talbot here.

A spokesperson for South Wales Police said: "It is alleged that the driver of a silver car has been driving erratically and has stopped on the dual carriageway in front of a blue car. The driver of the silver vehicle is then said to have assaulted the other driver and damaged the car before making off at speed in an inconsiderate manner."
