Police concerned for safety of missing 24-year-old Nottingham man

Police are appealing for help to find a missing 24-year-old man who was last seen in the centre of Nottingham a week ago. Nottinghamshire Police says that Lionel Benta was seen on the morning of Sunday (October 23) and has not been seen since.

The force says that officers are now concerned for his safety and are appealing for help in locating Lionel Benta. Lionel is described as slim build, standing around five foot nine inches tall.

He was last seen wearing a black Lacoste jacket, light coloured denim jeans and blue trainers. He is also described as having short black afro style hair.

Those who have seen Lionel or who have any information about his whereabouts are now being told to call Nottinghamshire Police. People can do so by calling 101 and quoting incident number 263 of October 28.
