Police concerned for 14-year-old boy missing for more than a week

Police have launched an appeal for information on a 14-year-old boy who has been missing for more than a week. Harvey Abdullah was last seen on Thursday, June 23 in Newport at around 6pm and officers are concerned for his welfare.

Gwent Police launched an appeal for information after he was reported missing. Harvey is described as around five feet five inches tall, of slim build with short brown hair and was last seen wearing grey and white tracksuit bottoms, a hooded jumper and black trainers. He was also thought to be carrying a black Nike bag.

In an appeal on Friday, July 1, officers said he has links to the Newport and Caerphilly areas. Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to call Gwent Police on 101 or send them a direct message on social media, quoting log reference 2200210598. Harvey is also urged to get in touch with Gwent Police to confirm that he is safe and well.
