Four arrests were made on Tuesday morning (February 1) after a vehicle crashed in Salford following a police pursuit through Manchester.
Greater Manchester Police traffic officers followed the Nissan Primera after it was earlier involved in an alleged case of aggravated burglary in Leigh.
The chase culminated in a crash on Hyde Road, Salford.
Accompanied by the force's Dog Unit, officers arrested the four occupants of the vehicle and recovered a large quantity of cannabis and large a machete.
"The driver was detained by our #XD dog patrol! When he found he couldn't out run our dog either! #teamwork," said the force on its Twitter account.
