SA Police have charged a man with sexually assaulting clients at Glenelg massage clinic. (ABC News)

A man has been arrested by South Australian detectives for sexually assaulting two female clients at a beachside massage clinic.

The 35-year-old Glenelg North man was refused bail and will appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court later today.

Police will allege a woman was indecently assaulted by the man during a massage at a Glenelg clinic on the afternoon of July 17.

It will also be alleged another woman was sexually assaulted by the same man at the massage clinic three days later.

On Thursday, detectives attended the massage clinic and arrested the man before charging him with indecent assault and rape, as well as two counts of indecent filming.

The Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner has been advised.

Commissioner, Associate Professor Grant Davies, said he was aware of "this serious matter" and was seeking more information.
