Police have recovered a knife after a fight broke out between men armed with weapons on a south Manchester street.
Officers were called to a report of the incident in Claremont Road, Moss Side, shortly after 8.40pm on Friday evening (April 15). A cordon was put in place near to the junction with Broadfield Road following the incident.
Police recovered a knife near to the scene. No injuries have been reported, say Greater Manchester Police. Detectives have launched an investigation but no arrests have been made at this stage.

A spokesperson for GMP said: "We were called shortly after 8.40pm on Friday 15 April to a report of men fighting with weapons on Claremont Road, Moss Side. Officers attended and a scene was put in place while enquiries were conducted. A knife was recovered close by.
"No injuries have been reported that have been linked to this incident. An investigation by detectives in Longsight CID is underway and no arrests have yet been made.
