Police were deployed after a car flipped on to its roof on a Nottinghamshire road known as Devil's Bend. Police were called to a car that had flipped onto its roof on Town Street, Bramcote at 8.49am on Thursday, May 11.
The car reportedly flipped near the corner of Town Street and Chilwell Lane in Bramcote Village, which is known locally as Devil's Bend. Nottinghamshire Police confirmed the driver was not injured during the incident.
The force explained it had made no arrests in connection with the accident. The vehicle involved was recovered shortly before 10am.

Traffic on the road, which had been building up, is expected to ease after the removal of the car. The busy road through Nottinghamshire was closed for repairs after a wall collapsed into the path of traffic in 2021.
