Police were called to a busy city centre road after a car crashed into a building on Saturday afternoon.
Emergency services arrived at Pembroke Place following reports of a crash. The force incident manager confirmed at 2pm the incident was still "ongoing" and any injuries at this stage remain unknown.
One eyewitness told the ECHO: "It could've been a lot worse. The junction is so dangerous, it's not the first time an accident has occurred there, it's carnage around there. The police came really quickly."

The eyewitness added a woman was seconds away from crossing the road, and added: "She was so lucky."
Merseyside Police confirmed there had been an ongoing road traffic collision on Saturday afternoon. The ECHO understands two cars were involved, one of which was an Uber, and the crash occurred around 12.45pm.
Pictures taken by the ECHO show damage to the exterior of the building on Pembroke Place as well as the Uber vehicle. It is understood the road was not closed as the vehicles were removed.
