A lane in Glasgow's City Centre has been cordoned off by police after reports of a serious sexual assault in the early hours of this morning, Saturday December 17.
Officers were called to Sauchiehall Lane, near Blytheswood Street, at 4am have now blocked off both entry ways.
They are now carrying out an investigation into the serious sexual assault of a woman.

Enquiries into the incident are currently in the early stages.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 4am on Saturday, 17 December, 2022, police received a report of a serious sexual assault on a woman in Sauchiehall Lane, near Blytheswood Street.
“Enquiries are at an early stage into this incident.”
