Police were called after a man refused to engage with housing association staff.
An eye-witness told the ECHO that there were four police vehicles outside Kenyon Court on Park Road this afternoon. Merseyside Police said they attended an address after a man refused to engage with staff from a housing association.
A Merseyside Police spokesperson told the ECHO: "At around 1.30pm today (Thursday 9 March) we received a report of an incident at an address on Park Road in Toxteth.

"It was reported that a man inside the property refused to engage with staff from a housing association when they visited his address.
"Police patrols have attended the property."
