Pembrokeshire Roads Policing Unit have reported via their Twitter account that officers have arrested a male in Haverfordwest in the early hours of this morning (Sunday March 20), on suspicion of driving under the influence of both drugs and alcohol.

The suspect was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and performed a drug wipe that returned positive for both cannabis and cocaine in his system, police said. Officers confirmed that the suspect has since been charged with drink driving, while being released under investigation for the drug drive aspect, pending analysis of his blood.
