Police appeal to help trace missing girl last seen near hospital

*UPDATE: Kaitlin has been found safe and well

A girl who has been missing for two days from her Cheshire home was last seen near a hospital, police said. Officers are trying to trace Kaitlin McClennon, aged 15.

The teenager, from Runcorn, was spotted at a bus stop at Halton Hospital in the town at around 4.30pm on Thursday, September 1. There has been no trace of her since.

The 15-year-old is described as white, of slim build with long blonde hair. When she was last seen she was wearing a black blazer, a blue crop top, black flare pants and gold high top boots with a black shoulder bag.

It is believed she has links to the Wirral and Liverpool areas.

Anyone who may have seen Kaitlin, or Kaitlin herself, is urged to contact Cheshire Police via https://www.cheshire.police.uk/police-forces/cheshire-constabulary/areas/cheshire/about-us/about-us/provide-more-information-about-an-appeal/ or call 101 quoting IML 1357115.
