Police appeal to find missing boy, 15, last seen getting on a train to Manchester Airport

Police have launched a search for a missing 15-year-old boy who was last seen getting on a train headed to Manchester Airport.

Daniel Sunday from Preston was last seen at around 2.15pm on Thursday, December 1. The teenager was spotted getting on a Manchester Airport train at Preston.

Officers from Lancashire Constabulary are growing increasingly concerned for Daniel's welfare. He was last seen wearing a navy blue Moschino tracksuit with a distinctive white stripe on the shoulders and down the side of the trousers, LancsLive reports.

A Preston Police spokesperson said: "We are continuing to look for Daniel Sunday, 15, who is missing from Preston. We have conducted a number of enquiries and we now know Daniel was at Preston Train Station at around 2.15pm on Thursday (December 1) and boarded a train bound for Manchester Airport.

"He has not been seen since and we are asking for anybody with any information about Daniel’s whereabouts to contact us as soon as possible. Daniel is 5ft 10, slim build, with black hair in a cornrow style from forehead to the nape of his neck.

"He was wearing a navy blue Moschino tracksuit with a distinct white stripe on the shoulders and down the side of the trousers. He had a black cross body flat bag with a silver zip on the front."
