Police appeal for public's help after man goes missing from home

Police are asking for the public's help to find a missing man from Manchester.

The man, named only as Eric, was last seen on Bell Crescent in the Beswick area at around 11pm last night (Sunday). Police said he was wearing a black puffer jacket, with black and white trainers with a white sole.

Eric is described as being around 5ft 7in tall and of medium build. He has short, dark hair and wears black glasses.

Police said officers want to make sure he is 'safe and well'. Anyone who spots Eric, or who has any information on his whereabouts, is being urged to get in touch.
