UPDATE 3pm: Caleb has been found safe and well

Police are appealing for help to find a 14-year-old boy who has gone missing. The boy, who has only been named as Caleb, was last seen in Newtown, Powys, on Friday (October 22).

An appeal from Dyfed Powys Police said he was seen in the town centre between 5pm and 6pm.

The teen is described as being around 6ft tall and was wearing all black clothing – tracksuit bottoms, coat, and trainers.

Officers say that he may have tried to get to Builth Wells on Friday. A statement added: "He also has links to Newport, south Wales, and is known to travel by train."

Anyone with information is asked to contact Dyfed Powys Police on 101, quoting reference: DP-20221021-275.
