Police appeal for man 'wanted for stalking'

Police have issued a public appeal to locate a man 'wanted for stalking'. Ben Dodd is 31 and has links to the Droylsden area of Tameside, Greater Manchester Police said.

The force said Dodd 'is wanted for stalking, breach of non-molestation order and malicious communications'.

His image, and details of the case, are now being shared by police in Tameside on their social media channels as part of a public appeal.

Posting on Facebook, GMP Tameside South and West said: "#WANTED | Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a wanted man from #Tameside.

"Ben Dodd (02/04/91) is wanted for stalking, breach of non-molestation order and malicious communications. Dodd is known to have links to the Tameside area of Greater Manchester, specifically Droylsden.

"Anybody with information regarding the whereabouts of Ben Dodd is asked to contact police on 0161 856 5815 or contact the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously on 0800 555 111."
