Police appeal for help as car is stolen from Lanarkshire town

Cops in East Kilbride are appealing for witnesses after a car was stolen from an area of East Kilbride over night.

Officers say the Land Rover Discovery Sport was taken from the St Leonards area of the town about 1am on Thursday, November 17, 2022.

The vehicle is Red with a registration mark of S30 WLN.

Police are urging anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage of the St Leonards area from last night to contact them in their bid to trace the vehicle.

PC Williams from local policing told Lanarkshire Live : "Anyone with information or relevant dash cam or private CCTV of the area around the time of the incident is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 0176 of November 17, 2022.

"Thank you."
