Police are appealing for help to find a teenage girl who is missing in Cheshire.
Jemima Smith, from Northwich, was reported missing from her home in Hartford at 7.45pm on Monday evening (March 7).
The 15-year-old was last seen in the Hodge Lane area at 5pm - she has not been seen since.
Officers described Jemima as a white female, who is 5ft 6in tall and of average build with long, brown hair.
She was last seen wearing black trousers, a white shirt and a grey raincoat with a hood.
Jemima was carrying a rucksack, police added.
A picture of her was shared onto the Northwich Police Facebook page this morning as part of an appeal to find her.
"Officers are becoming increasingly concerned for Jemima’s welfare and are appealing to the public for help in finding her", the post said.
Inspector Dan Reynolds said: "Jemima’s disappearance is completely out of character and we are doing everything we can to try and find her.
"Officers are carrying out extensive searches in the local area and I am appealing to anyone who may have seen Jemima or someone matching her description to get in touch.
"I’d urge people living in the local area or anyone travelling through it to review any doorbell or dashcam footage as it may have captured Jemima and could assist with our enquiries.
"I would also appeal directly to Jemima to get in touch and let us know that you are safe and well."
If you have seen Jemima or have any information, which could assist police with enquiries, call on 101 quoting IML 1217441.
