Police appeal as boy, 14, goes missing from north Manchester

Police are appealing for help to find a missing 14-year-old boy from north Manchester.

Khyin Wood has gone missing from the Blackley area. He was last spoken to over the weekend, police said.

The teenager is described as a black male, who is of slim build and around 5ft 5in tall. He has short hair and a mancunian accent.

He was last seen wearing black clothes. Officers posted a picture of Khyin on social media this morning as part of an appeal to find him.

Anyone with any information is being urged to contact officers. A post on the GMP Manchester North Facebook page said: "Khyin Wood, aged 14 years, has been reported missing from the Blackley area of Manchester. He was last spoken to on the weekend.

"He is described as a young black male, slim build, 5 ft5, short hair, Mancunian accent and last seen wearing black clothing.
