Police appeal after bus attack left passenger with broken jaw on service from Nottingham to Derby

Police investigating an attack on a bus which left a passenger with a broken jaw have released images of a man they'd like to speak to in connection with the incident.

A 21-year-old passenger was punched twice in the face while on a service from Nottingham to Derby, following a night out with friends.

The passenger sustained a broken jaw, police said.

Police have now released pictures of a man they'd like to speak to in connection with the investigation.

Detective Constable Robert Love, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who knows the man pictured as we believe he may have vital information about what happened which could assist us with our investigation."

Anyone who recognises the man is asked to contact police on 101, quoting incident 126 of September 5 last year.
