Police said she is of slim build and has long, light brown hair. She was last seen wearing black leggings, white trainers and a black hoody.

Inspector Alan Cross said: "Amber’s family are rightfully worried, and we are doing everything we can to make sure she gets home safe and well. We are very concerned for Amber’s wellbeing, and we are working tirelessly to locate her as soon as possible.

"I urge anyone who thinks that they may have seen Amber since she went missing to get in touch with us. The same goes for anyone with information regarding her whereabouts, or CCTV or dashcam footage of her since he disappeared."
