Video shows polar bear cub trying to get comfortable on momma bear

Manitoba’s polar bears are said to be “majestic animals” and “truly a sight to behold,” according to a Canadian government brochure, but add “adorable” when the sighting is of a polar bear cub attempting to get comfortable while snuggling atop of its mother.

Drew Hamilton was lucky to capture video of this very precious moment and shared it in an Instagram post. (Note: The video doesn’t appear on some media platforms, in which case you’ll need to go to the link to view it.)

Hamilton captured this moment in a park near Churchill, Manitoba, a place synonymous with viewing polar bears.

“There is only one human settlement in the world where polar bears can be observed in the wild—Churchill, Manitoba,” the brochure says.

And sometimes the views are precious.
