Following its success in 2020, the Fifty Shades Of Grey-inspired speakeasy bar Playroom continues its adventure with the debut of Playroom Chapter 2 that offers nine new cocktails. It's the brainchild of Sainisa Sangsingkeaw to create a lively living room, where guests may meet with friends and enjoy some solitude while sipping crafted drinks.
With glamorous and secretive decor, a group of celebrities such as Iris Intarakomalyasut, Cherpat Kittipornwarist, Theerathorn Ekputhorn, Songkarn Taechanarong and Peranee Kongthai gathered at an elegant private party as if playing their favourite scene straight out of Fifty Shades Of Grey.
The red, gold and black interior offers many fun gimmicks. The entrance blends into a wall of hundreds of drawers and the bar's interior is decorated with chains, whips and handcuffs. The bar counter itself brings to mind a sensuous corset under a dazzling and illusory light -- the perfect place to indulge in a cocktail, Champagne or a smooth glass of whiskey.
After breaking up his romance with Mrs Robinson, Mr Grey begins a serious relationship with Anastasia Steele in Playroom Chapter 2. Grey presents a darker aspect, one that is more glamorous, mature, responsible, serious and refined.
He still has a seductive sensuality about him that draws people in and makes them want to acquire his perfection. This essence, this allure, can be found in all nine of Playroom Chapter 2's interesting and tempting new drinks.
