A former police station and magistrates court could be given a new lease of life as offices.
Blyth Police Station and Magistrates' Court closed in 2015 after plans to move the neighbourhood policing team were approved.
Now, Adavo Workspace, which specialises in high quality workspaces, has outlined plans to turn the building into offices.

In a planning statement to Northumberland County Council, Green Ravens Designs said: "The client wishes to partially demolish the more recently built police cells to allow an open plan reception area to be created. A fully glazed single storey extension to the front of the police cells will be added to create a more visible and centralised main entrance to the premises.
"A new lift is to be installed in place of an existing staircase, adjacent to the new entrance. The new facility will provide rented offices for various types of small business."
Previous projects by the firm include The Commissioners Building in Sunderland which was given a facelift in 2020.
It was once the HQ of the River Wear Commissioners but now houses 48 office suites, training suites, classrooms and office space for local businesses.
