Radical plans to transform an Ayr pub into harbourside flats have been lodged.
Mr P Singh wants to turn the former Harbour Bar into two apartments.
Blueprints for 46 North Harbour Street have been put to South Ayrshire Council planners to consider.
Proposals show one dwelling will have two bedrooms and the other will have one bedroom.
Both properties would have individual entrances with one on North Harbour Street and the other on York Street.
South Ayrshire planners will rule on the plans at a future date.
