Plane Crash At Toronto Pearson Airport Leaves Multiple Critical Injuries

On Friday, a tragic incident unfolded at Canada's Toronto Pearson International Airport as a plane crashed on the runway, resulting in several individuals sustaining critical injuries. According to reports from the emergency ambulance service, at least three individuals were transported to various medical centers for urgent treatment.

The ambulance service, Ornge, swiftly responded to the crash, dispatching three helicopters and two ambulances to the scene to provide immediate assistance to the injured parties. Among the injured individuals were a pediatric patient, a male patient in his 60s, and a female patient in her 40s, all of whom were reported to be in critical condition.

The pediatric patient is currently en route to Sick Kids hospital with critical injuries, while the male patient is being transported to St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto for urgent medical care. Additionally, the female patient is being taken to Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto to receive treatment for her critical injuries.

Paramedics on the scene indicated that the total number of individuals injured in the crash could be as high as eight, underscoring the severity of the situation.
