Former Everton midfielder James Rodriguez is reportedly closing in on a loan move to Greek giants, Olympiacos.
The 31-year-old left the Blues in the summer of 2021 to sign for Qatari side Al-Rayyan and ended the season with his side in eighth place and 12 goal contributions to his name. Rodriguez put pen to paper on a three-year deal upon making this transfer, though could already be on the move once more.
It has been claimed the Colombian has successfully completed his medical in Greece, having reached a verbal agreement to join Olympiacos for the remainder of the current campaign. An option to turn this into a permanent transfer has also been included as part of this deal.
