Pixar fans are going wild over family's incredible Toy Story Christmas tree

If you consider Toy Story one of your all-time favourite movies, you're going to want to keep reading this.

That's because one mum has shown off her incredible Toy Story-themed Christmas tree.

Lucy Edmonson from Rhyl, in North Wales, decked the halls in her home using toys and decorations her son Harrison has been collecting for the last seven years.

The 36-year-old parent decorated the tree with Woody and Buzz Lightyear figures and a number of other familiar faces - including Slinky, Barbie, Bo Peep, Jessie, Mr and Mrs Potato Head and Forky.

Lucy's tree has been delighting Pixar fans online, after the mum posted a snap of it in the Facebook group, Family Lockdown Tips & Ideas.

Speaking to Mirror Online, Lucy explained where she got all of her incredible Toy Story items from.

She said: "I have two children Harrison and Harper. Harrison has been a huge Toy Story fan since he was very little and has collected all these toys for roughly seven years.

"My daughter now loves Toy Story too and now has her own little collection.

"The tree took roughly 1.5 hours to do. Many decorations are from the Disney Store over the years and they’re quite hard to come across now.

"I made a giant Luxo Ball that you can see in the centre of the tree and I bought a smaller one on eBay which you can only get at Disney Parcs."

She went on to say that other places she'd purchased toys from included Smyths, Amazon and eBay - while she sourced decorative items like ribbon from Etsy or made some of it herself.

"A lot of people are really interested in where I bought Benson and Gabby Gabby from, unfortunately you can only buy Benson in the states and Gabby Gabby was from Smyths Toy Store.

"The Cow Print Ribbon is from Etsy and I made the Woody shirt print ribbon myself using yellow ribbon and a red sharpie pen. The building blocks I made myself with cardboard boxes and paint."

She added:" Most things on our tree are rare collectors pieces and we are always on the hunt for new members for our Toy Story tree. The Buzz decoration is a new member and he is in Disney Stores now.

"Pizza Planet Mega Gulp cup and Super Nova Burger box I had made by Toy Story Customs. They are on eBay."

Reacting to her Facebook post going viral, the mum thanked everyone for their kind messages and said they'd made the family smile.
