The Pittsburgh Maulers’ offense has been abysmal. So, it was up to the defense Saturday in the second quarter of the second game of the new USFL season to score the team’s first touchdown.
Philadelphia Stars quarterback Bryan Scott was harassed while looking for a receiver and coughed up the football.
Former Michigan player Carlo Kemp was the one who caused the gaffe and the fumble was picked up by Jaylon McClain-Sapp, who returned it 79 yards for a touchdown.
