A beach resort, just a short flight from Liverpool, has been dubbed the "Blackpool abroad" with hotels costing £9 and pints 80p.
Beating Magaluf, Benidorm and Amsterdam, Sunny Beach in Bulgaria is now the place to go for a party holiday.
Each year, 100,000 Brits head to Sunny Beach, looking for a cheap holiday in the sun. The resort on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast is famous for its long, sandy stretches of beaches and lively nightlife.

The sand on its eight-kilometre beach is clay-coloured and very fine - making it ideal for sunbathing. It has also been awarded a 'Blue Flag' which is a title given to beaches in Europe that are clean and safe.
Though if you're looking for some culture, the ancient city of Nessebar is a 15-minute drive. The 3,000-year-old site was a Greek colony and features an acropolis, a temple of Apollo and a traditional market.
There is also a basilica and fortress that dates back to the Middle Ages. According to the Daily Star, hotels cost around £9 per night and pints are 80p.
Flights from Liverpool to Varna are three hours and 35 minutes with Wizz Air. Transfers to Sunny Beach are one hour and 30-minute transfer.
The new-found favourite destination will feature on the E4 series Emergency On Sunny Beach and explore the behaviour of Brits in Bulgaria.
