Piers Morgan's dressing room secrets from a stash of Polos to emergency Imodium

Piers Morgan gave fans a sneak peek inside his dressing room as he geared up for the filming of his show Life Stories.

The 55-year-old Good Morning Britain host took to social media to give followers a tour of his dressing room before interviewing actor Vinnie Jones.

In the clip, that he shared with his 1.2 million Instagram followers, Piers opened the door of his dressing room at Elstree Studios and panned the camera around the room.

At one point, Piers revealed a stash of snacks that included crisps, fruit, polos and an assortment of drinks.

"Back in business. Here we are, in my lavish dressing room," Piers says as he records his mini tour.

The luxury dressing room also featured a large mirror and a comfy-looking red sofa full of cushions.

The television presenter then panned the camera around to a collection of medical supplies that included Imodium, hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes.

Shortly after sharing the clip, Piers then posted a video of today's interviewee, Vinnie Jones.

In the post, the footballer turned actor joked about how long Piers had spent in hair and makeup before filming took place.
