Piers Morgan furiously rips into Sam Smith AGAIN as he misgenders them and blasts 'orgy' gig

Piers Morgan has laid into Sam Smith’s show comparing it to an ‘orgy’ and claimed the singer looks ‘ridiculous’ in his risqué outfits.

The controversial broadcaster discussed the Lay Me Down hitmaker’s latest outfits as he took to the stage at London’s O2 Arena earlier this week.

Non-binary star Sam donned a black and gold burlesque-style corset and black studded underwear for the performance on their 27-date Gloria tour.

They completed the look with a black and red mesh gloves, black fishnet tights and black patent thigh high boots.

In another part of the show, Sam wore a top hat with devil horns poking out and ripped the corset off to reveal black tape covering their nipples.

The looks were enough to prompt outcry from outspoken Piers, who discussed it with guests Douglas Murray and James Barr on his TalkTV show.

He said: “My point about Sam Smith is it’s just an orgy, of in my view, a narcissistic self-indulgent deliberately shocking stuff.”

Not respecting Sam’s non-binary pro-nouns, Piers continued: “He looks terrible! Why would you do this?”

But his guests were not impressed with Piers’ comments and radio DJ James leapt to Sam’s defence.

Highlighting other musicians who have done outrageous things on stage, James said: “You’re friends with Ozzy Osbourne right? Ozzy ate a bat’s head on stage, which would be considered vulgar.”

Viewers were then show a clip of Sam grinding on a devil spectre and doing licking motions with his tongue while wearing a mouth gag.

“Ozzy Osbourne never did anything like this,” Piers quipped. “You can’t seriously think that what we’re looking at here is actually anything other than ridiculous, look at him.”

Showing his support for Sam again, James hit back: “No I think it’s absolutely fantastic. I think it’s brilliant. I think it’s sexy and I think it’s individual.”

Butting in, Piers' other guest Douglas shocked viewers when he asked: “Would you shag it?”

A stunned James replied: “Yeah absolutely I would have sex with Sam, thanks for asking. Would you Douglas? Because it sounds like you’re a little bit too obsessed with them.”

Douglas insisted he wasn’t obsessed and is just a man who knows what he likes and doesn’t like.

In a low blow, he added “What I don’t like is fat blubbery show-offs who look hideous dressed in lacy pants with their fat spilling out everywhere and doing it in front of as many people as possible to get attention. I just don’t find that sexy, I’m old-fashioned.”

It’s not the first time 58-year-old Piers has used his platforms to blast singer Sam.

Back in February he accused the star of being “over-thirsty for attention” at the BRIT Awards when Sam wore an inflatable black jumpsuit.

He also said “Sam Smith needs to shut up” after the singer said they would like to be a ‘fisher-them’ rather than ‘fisherman’ on The One Show.
