Although Peggy is a contender to be crowned Britain's ugliest dog, to her owner, she is the most beautiful.
The four-year-old canine from Leven is believed to be half pug, half Chinese crested.
She was the dog no one wanted and "the last one left on the shelf", according to her owner Holly Middleton.
"We fell in love with her, but at first I just felt a bit sorry for her," she said.

She is now is vying for the title of the nation's "most hideous" dog in a contest being run by a photography firm.
Peggy has been shortlisted alongside six other dogs to compete for the ultimate title.
Due to her hairlessness, she has to wear jumpers in the winter and suncream in the summer.

She was named after Holly's great-grandmother, who Holly's grandmother said the two held a passing resemblance.
The winning dog will get a professional makeover and photo session to illustrate their unusual beauty in all their glory.
