Pictured: Celtic's Kyogo touches down to seal Rennes move

Celtic striker Kyogo Furuhashi has touched down in Brittany to seal his move to Ligue 1 side Rennes.

The Japanese frontman is on the brink of joining Jorge Sampaoli's side this month, and after being pictured boarding a private jet which departed Glasgow this afternoon, the 30-year-old has been snapped after landing in France.

The 30-year-old will is expected to complete his transfer today in a deal reportedly worth £10m.

It comes after Furuhashi helped Celtic qualify for the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League last night, playing his part in a 1-0 win over BSC Young Boys.

He netted a hat-trick of offside goals in the victory before coming off with 15 minutes to go for Adam Idah.

Furuhashi leaves Glasgow's east end a fan favourite, having contributed to 104 goals in his 186 appearances in green and white.

Although he couldn't find the back of the net in his final game for the Scottish Premiership champions, Kyogo departs as a modern-day legend.
