Well, when the game against Purdue tightened up, you just had a feeling with the way things have gone over the last few years, that Ohio State wouldn’t be able to pull it out. Despite the great effort, and despite going up by three points with under a minute left, the Buckeyes turned the ball over, gave up a wide-open three-pointer, and then once again couldn’t get a quality shot off to lose 71-69 to the No. 1 team in the country.
There were some great photos taken during the game and we’ve picked out some of the best to share with you as we try to do after every game. With the gray uniforms Ohio State wore, and a 7-foot, 4-inch player running around out there, there was plenty of eye candy to shoot.
