The Boston Celtics got back in the win column with a 116-107 road victory over the Houston Rockets, going up as much as 17 points in the first half of the contest before having to buckle down hard to stave off a late Rockets push in the third and fourth quarters.
The Celtics held the Rockets to just 28.6% from beyond the arc, won the rebounding battle by 7 boards, and dished out 5 more dimes than Houston did, enough to hand the Celtics a win their play early in the second half says they did not deserve to win.
