Leave it to North Carolina fans to troll Duke during the ACC tournament final when the rival teams aren’t even playing each other.
During the tournament championship game Saturday night between UNC and North Carolina State in Washington, ESPN’s Jay Bilas and Dan Shulman were addressing viewers at halftime with the score tied at 29, and a Tar Heels fan could be seen in the background. Seeing an opportunity for camera time, the fan displayed a phone with a message reading, “WHERE’S DOOK?”
Adding insult to rivalry, the fan was wearing a T-shirt with a picture of Duke’s Kyle Filipowski tripping UNC’s Harrison Ingram on March 9.

The Blue Devils lost to the Wolfpack in the semifinals of the tournament, and the Tar Heels eventually met the same fate. NC State went on to upset yet another blue blood, defeating UNC 84–76 to win the tournament, but at least the photobombing fan enjoyed a moment of fame.
