Phillip Schofield stunned fans with a rare glimpse at his life away from the TV as he posted a photo of his tear-drenched face after an emotional TV final left him inconsolable.
The ITV This Morning presenter revealed he'd been left sobbing with the ending of hit Netflix show Afterlife.
Phillip told his social media followers he'd been watching the Ricky Gervais series with his grown-up daughters and been sharing their thoughts on their family WhatsApp group.
The father-of-two moved out of the family home he lived in with wife of 27 years Stephanie and daughters Ruby and Molly after sharing with the nation that he is gay live on TV in 2020.
But he remains committed to his family as ever as he told fans how the family have been binge watching TV shows while living apart.
After Life aired on January 14 on Netflix and has been met with rave reviews once more.
Phillip said: "We're watching it as a family and we've got our group. It was my eldest daughter who said: 'Oh my God we've just finished series three and we're in bits' - her and her boyfriend.
"They were, I think, one show ahead of me. I got to the end of it and I posted this picture on our group."
He added: "That's me. At the end of After Life.
"It was Brandy, Anti that did a lot of that to me. It is a stunning series to be in. It's beautiful."
The presenter married Stephanie in March 1993, and they are proud parents to daughters Molly, 27, and Ruby, 24.
Speaking to co-star Holly Willoughby earlier this year about his family set-up, Phillip said: "Steph has been incredible – I love her so very much. She is the kindest soul I have ever met.
"My girls have been astonishing in their love, hugs and encouraging words of comfort.
"Both mine and Steph's entire families have stunned me with their love, instant acceptance and support. Of course they are worried about Steph, but I know they will scoop us both up."
Since the split - which he maintains is amicable - Phil has snapped up a pad in Chiswick, west London, is completely different from his former family home with ultra-chic modern décor.
He shared a large £2million pad in Oxfordshire with wife Sue which the pair still own, with reports he was considering building an annexe on the same site last year.
