Phillip Schofield reveals amazing gifts from his wife and daughters as he celebrates his 60th birthday with his nearest and dearest

Phillip Schofield has revealed the heartfelt gifts he received for his 60th birthday from his wife Stephanie and their daughters Molly and Ruby. This Morning presenter Phillip was clearly touched by his gifts from Steph, 58, Molly, 29, and Ruby, 26, as he shared pictures on his Instagram.

His family presented the broadcaster with artwork depicting his life and career to mark his landmark birthday. And he took to social media to show the effort they had made for him.

Steph, who married the Oldham-born star in 1993, gifted him with a map of his glittering career by artist Caroline Harper. "My amazing birthday pressie from Steph. My career in a painting from @carolinedrawsmaps thank you," he wrote with a love heart eyes emoji.

The map covers the entirety of Phil's career including his beginnings at Children's BBC and his Broom Cupboard co-star Gordon the Gopher, his gameshows The Cube and Five Gold Rings, Dancing On Ice. The map also included his dazzling days on the West End stage playing Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and the cover of Smash Hits magazine in a nod to Phillip presenting the Smash Hits Poll Winners Party awards ceremony.

From their daughters he received a painting depicting the special memories they share together by artist Sophie Hackman. "And from my girls, the special things we share by @soph.hackmanart love you @mollyschofe @rubyschofe," he said with two love hearts.

For his 60th birthday celebrations as he was joined for dinner by his nearest and dearest and telly pals Ant and Dec and Christine Lampard.

Sharing a clip he wrote: “Day 3 of celebrations. Thank you gorgeous gang. Love you guys."

Phillip beamed while his guests sang Happy Birthday as his birthday cake was brought out before blowing out the candles.

Phillip and Steph have continued to be a firm unit after the TV star came out as gay in February 2020.

He spoke out on This Morning with the support of friend and co-host Holly Willoughby.

Phil became emotional as he recalled telling his family and said: “It wasn’t easy but they were… they are so amazing in their love and support.

"I sat them down and I told them, and they jumped up and gave me a big hug and then they hugged Steph and they said, ‘It’s ok’.”

He added: “We’ll always be a family. Always, us four, is what we call ourselves.’

in February Steph made a rare appearance as she spoke out on the chat show Lorraine about the key to Phillip's success as he celebrated a career spanning 40 years.

She said: "I don't have a clue! No, I think your previous guests have hit the nail on the head. He's genuinely interested in people and he's always reading the news and keeping up on everything. He's good fun."

Lorraine asked Phillip: "What do the girls mean to you?"

"Everything," he responded. "I mean, we clearly had changes in our lives, but as I said, it's always been us four, but slightly different.

"Steph has been the most incredible foundation and support and rock throughout my career.

"The girls, I couldn't be more proud of. So yeah, we are a family."
