Phillip Schofield let slip that his This Morning co-star Alison Hammond would be going on a 'secret date' after filming today.
The presenters had been joined by cook Shivi Ramoutar, who showed how viewers could rustle up an easy roast chicken for Mother's Day.
But as they tucked into some food, Phil recalled Alison's hugging and hand touching earlier on in the show and joked that she was in a "flirty mood" today.
"She's in a very flirty mood today because she's got a date," Phil remarked as Alison's eyebrows rose.
Shivi quizzed: "Oh, is that why the eyelashes are [on] - I keep hearing so much about these eyelashes."
Phil quipped: "But he's not going to be massively impressed by the enormous amount of grease that's just dripped down your chin!"
As he wiped at her chin, she laughed: "Oh no! Thank you. You're such a good friend."
Alison added: "His name's Michael Buble!"
"Oh my word," Shivi said as Alison and Phil laughed.
Earlier on in the show, Alison was teased by Phil over her incredibly long eyelashes, which he likened to "moths".
As he opened the show, Phil asked where the draft was coming from.
Laughing, Alison fluttered her eyes as she asked: "Is it my eyelashes?"
"Can you feel it? Can you feel the draft?" he asked.
As she burst into giggles, Alison explained: "We were having a conversation about the fact that my eyelashes are the longest eyelashes that I have ever seen! Have a look at that!"
The camera zoomed in on Alison's face as she gasped: "Look out big they are!"
"You need to see them from the side," Phil quipped as the camera moved to capture her side profile.
Phil joked: "I would swear a moth had landed on your face!"
