We’ve all seen baseball players get upset before and take out their frustrations on their bat, or the bat rack, or a water cooler or just whatever is in front of them when they can’t contain their anger any longer.
We don’t usually see those things fight back against the player, though.
But that changed last night when we saw Phillies outfielder Alec Bohm suffer what looked like a nasty cut on his neck after slamming his bat into the bat rack after he struck out. The bat fought back and inflicted some pain! How do we know this? Because it drew blood.
