After the Phillies booked their ticket to the NLCS, they made sure to rub some salt in the Braves’ wound during their clubhouse celebrations.
Following Thursday’s win, some of Philadelphia’s players could be seen wearing hilarious T-shirts in mockery of the viral comments made by Atlanta shortstop Orlando Arcia during their festivities in the clubhouse.
Within the Phillies locker room were various players donning blue T-shirts with the text, “Atta Boy Harper” written on the front. “He wasn’t supposed to hear it,” was written in red text on the back of the shirts.
The T-shirts were a direct shot at the Braves and Arcia after the shortstop had made that same remark in the clubhouse while celebrating Bryce Harper’s costly baserunning mistake at the end of Game 2.
Phillies players reportedly showered Harper in beer and chanted “Atta Boy Harper” while soaking in the win, per Matt Gelb of The Athletic.

Harper retaliated with a pair of home runs in Game 3, both of which included a savage staredown at Arcia while he passed second base.
Harper’s team furthered the trash talk Thursday night after sending their division rivals crashing out of the postseason, flaunting the T-shirts amid their champagne-filled celebration.
