Philippe Clement has revealed that Scott Wright is a 'serious doubt' for Rangers' Europa League clash against Sparta Prague.
The winger scored against Hearts at Hampden on Sunday and has enjoyed a run in the team since the Belgian arrived in Glasgow.
He picked up a knock in the Viaplay Cup semi-final. And while it's not believed to be a major injury, it will likely keep him out of Thursday night's game.
Clement detailed a full injury update on his squad. Nicolas Raskin and John Souttar will be absent until after the international break, while Kemar Roofe could be involved against Sparta with a cameo appearance and Rabbi Matondo returned to training.
He told the media: "Kemar Roofe will be in the squad, although will be very early for him. Will not be more than 5-10 minutes. We are limited with our squad.
"Raskin and Souttar will not feature in the next two games. Hopefully, the international break will give us time to recover.
"Scott Wright is a serious doubt for tomorrow. Rabbi Matondo trained for the first time with the group today but is not ready for selection.
"Scott has a small muscle problem he felt in the last action of the game. It is not serious but one we can't risk. A doubt for tomorrow.
"The European squad is made and decided, I can't control that so I focus on the areas I have control over."
Meanwhile, the Viaplay Cup final between Rangers and Aberdeen will not have a 50-50 split of fans inside Hampden Park.
The Pittodrie club has hit out at the SPFL after this morning it emerged they were denied the chance of an even amount of tickets for the showpiece encounter as Rangers.
The teams will face off at the national stadium on Sunday, December 17 as Clement and Barry Robson both aim to win their first trophy as manager of their respective clubs.
