Philippe Clement has confirmed Ridvan Yilmaz is out injured for Rangers and not unavailable due to transfer matters.
The Ibrox boss has insisted he is confident the full-back will remain in Glasgow despite rumours of a move to the Turkish Super Lig in recent days.
Clement is keen to keep hold of the defender and expects there will be no change in his situation before the window closes tomorrow night.
"He's injured," Clement told BBC Scotland. "We want to keep all our players that perform well.
"We can only let players go that perform well if we can replace them by better players, so I don't expect that in the case of Ridvan."

Belgian manager Clement also provided an update on any incomings at Ibrox. The Rangers manager has held talks with club chiefs ahead of deadline day and intends to add to his squad if possible.
"We had meetings about players who have the level to help the team and to help us go the next level.
"We will see now in the next couple of hours what's possible for the club."
