Phil Mickelson believes the LIV Golf schedule would benefit Rory McIlroy, but said no team on the series would want him because 'they'd have to deal with all his BS'.
McIlroy has recently spoken about the difficulties of juggling being a professional golfer, husband, father and leading cheerleader for the PGA Tour.
The Holywood golfer said he needed a break from the game following a disappointing display at the Masters.

A video was shared on social media showing McIlroy talking about a need for an off-season, and Mickelson said LIV Golf would be 'perfect' for the 34-year-old.
But he questioned whether any players on the breakaway series would want to play with him.
Mickelson said on Twitter: "As worn out as Mclroy was after the Masters and his need for an off season, LIV would be perfect for him. Problem is I don’t think there’s a team that wants him on it because they’d have to deal with all his bs."
Mickelson has previously claimed that LIV Golf's 14-event schedule was ideal preparation for players heading into the four majors. The American appeared to be vindicated with Brooks Koepka's win at the recent US PGA Championship.
It isn't the first time there have been verbal shots fired between McIlroy and Mickelson.
The Northern Ireland golfer has previously labelled Mickelson “naive, selfish, egotistical and ignorant” over his backing of LIV.
He also was seen mocking Mickelson on Netflix's golf documentary Full Swing.
The eight-part documentary series - which was launched in February - covered the most controversial year in the history of the sport with the Saudi-back breakaway league starting in June - and the repercussions rumbling on all year.
In one scene, McIlroy is seen discussing American football and was told Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen was a PGA Tour fan.
The four-time Major winner said: “Yeah but he’s a PM fan so I don’t know..” Another voice says: “Sounds like the guy is losing credibility!” and McIlroy joins the laughter and says: “F*** you Phil! I hope that makes it in!”
