Cursed Hollow: When is the Phasmophobia Easter event 2025?
The Phasmophobia Cursed Hollow event begins on April 17 and ends on May 7, 2025. This year's event is a little shorter, lasting around three weeks instead of the usual month, but Kinetic's brought a few changes to the usual event formula to make it worth the squeeze.
What's changing in the Cursed Hollow Phasmophobia update?
It's the first Phasmophobia event of 2025, and in a blog post the studio notes it's keeping the community event formula but has a few quality of life changes in the works. Those updates derive from player feedback after a few hiccups in the communal format added last year.
We'll know more details after the Cursed Hollow patch notes, but notable event changes include:
- Players who participate no longer have to remember to log in to claim event rewards at the end. Now, auto-claim safely secures any goodies the community unlocks during the Cursed Hollow event.
- Phasmophobia is also adding personal rewards for participating in the Cursed Hollow, offering a little more incentive to help the community reach the finish line.
- Then there's the new map rotation, so no more spending weeks upon weeks in the same handful of houses.

Ghost Hunters typically don't get much notice before a Phas event begins, but we can at least speculate based on teases and historical hauntings of years past. So far, we know about the Cursed Hollow in April, but can only speculate on a timeline for the other holidays. We'll keep the usuals, plus any extras Kinetic announces, outlined below.
