Leeds United supporters knew they had an allay on golf's PGA Tour in the shape of Yorkshireman and proud Whites fan Billy Foster. The current caddy for defending US Open champion Matthew Fitzpatrick and former man on the bag for Lee Westwood, Foster is very well know on the golf tour and among golf fans.
He's also well known to Leeds fans through his social media presence were he doesn't hide his love for Leeds, even getting the likes of several high profile players like Jordan Speith to do the famous Leeds salute which he shared on Instagram writing; "Welcome to the @leedsunited fan base Jordan Spieth."
Arguably the most recognised caddy in the world right now who has worked with Westwood, Seve Ballasteros, Sergio Garcia, Darren Clarke and Tiger Woods, Foster hasn't just been preaching about his beloved Leeds of late, he seems to have talked several golfers into buying into the club.
Speith, along with fellow Major winner Justin Thomas and Ricky Fowler, have revealed they're looking to buy a stake in the Whites as part of the 49ers Enterprises takeover of the club.

49ers Enterprises, which already owns 44% of Leeds, is pushinga head with a buy out from Andrea Radizzani of the remaining 56%. The investment arm of the American Football club is made up of a number of shareholders and is always looking for fresh investors, with three of golf's biggest names looking to be a part of the future at Elland Road. And it all comes down to the constant Leeds discussion from Foster.
The caddy regularly talks about his beloved club while at tournaments and tales of Leeds and their exploits down the years has peaked the interest of Fowler, Speith and Thomas, who have become football fans in recent years but were without an English Premier League team to follow.
While they may no longer be a Premier League team, the trio are hooked enough by Foster's sales pitch and now look set to buy in, although it turns out Foster didn't know about it at first.
"There is the group that's moving forward with being involved with Leeds. Myself, J.T. [Thomas] and Jordan [Spieth] potentially will be a part of it," Fowler told Sky Sports.
"It will be fun if we get to be a part of it. If not, we'll continue to root for Leeds to see if we can help out Billy. He didn't know about it from the start. But we told him after knowing he is a huge Leeds United supporter."
